iRest meditation can help you experience this every day. Through this simple but powerful practice, you can give yourself relief from troubling thoughts, and create an inner resource (or safe space) to explore and befriend your mind and emotions. You can do this anywhere, anytime.

Some people who suffer from depression or anxiety find it beneficial to do an iRest practice first thing in the morning, or just before going to sleep at night.
